Beef Stew

There is something so magical about the crock pot. Throw ingredients in first thing in the morning, go about your business, and then at dinner time... Done! I love that. Especially when you have an extremely busy day like I just got done having. As everyone knows, I'm not a huge meat eater, but if there is meat in something I do great with it. Stew is the perfect fit for all of the above.

Ingredients

2 lbs. Beef chuck, cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 Tb minced garlic
4 carrots, sliced
2 onions, chopped
4-5 potatoes, diced
1 Tb. Worcestershire sauce
1 can beef broth
2 bay leafs
Directions
Place meat in the bottom of your crock pot. Combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic. Stir into meat until coated thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Cover and cook on High for about 5 hours. Stir well before serving.
